Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and implement reliability-centered maintenance across PBV facilities. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and CI teams to maximize OEE and drive data-driven improvements in a high-speed beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/industrial/manufacturing) or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in high-speed automated packaging/beverage manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with RCFA, FMEA, and reliability improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of CMMS, downtime analysis, and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term asset health strategies using CMMS, downtime, and OEE data.
• Lead RCMM development across facilities and drive predictive/preventive maintenance.
• Lead cross-site defect elimination and share reliability best practices.
• Support capital projects with reliability considerations; review specs and ensure maintainability.
• Perform RCFA, FMEA, and proactive risk assessment to prevent failures.
