Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to ensure the consistent, reliable operation of manufacturing lines. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, drive uptime, and lead maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds.

You will build technical capability and support site safety and efficiency across the plant. The role requires 5+ years in operations or maintenance with supervisory experience, a degree in engineering or maintenance, and PLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (engineering or maintenance discipline).
• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, approx. 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Own the full equipment lifecycle, including preventive and predictive maintenance, down-day planning, overhauls, and rebuild execution.
• Use diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.) to identify issues and prevent failures
• Lead and coach teams in root-cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures
• Implement reliability strategies that improve equipment performance and extend asset life
• Coordinate reliability activities with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution
