Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Riverside, CA site to lead reliable operation of all manufacturing lines and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will drive uptime, safety, and cost efficiency across the site and manage a team of facility-based personnel.

You will utilize diagnostics (vibration, oil analysis, etc.), perform root cause analyses, and implement reliability strategies to extend asset life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or maintenance preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience demonstrated by a major improvement project
• 5+ years of operations or maintenance experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Mechanical equipment maintenance experience required
• Understanding of PLC programming preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated success in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Must have indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, reliable operation of all manufacturing lines and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance
• Drive equipment uptime and support maintenance planning, overhauls and rebuilds
• Lead and coach teams in root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures
• Implement reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and extend asset life
• Ensure production equipment is operated correctly and provide coaching to manufacturing teams
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and line leads to drive improvements
• Develop maintenance capability through training and development
