Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, operations management.
• Lean Six Sigma experience with a major improvement project.
• 5+ years of operations maintenance experience; 2+ years supervisory.
• Mechanical experience maintaining equipment.
• Proficiency with PLC programming is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance on production lines.
• Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive equipment uptime and maintenance planning.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members.
• Collaborate with production managers and line leads.
• Execute reliability strategies to extend asset life.
• Utilize 5S and visual factory concepts.
