Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks a reliability engineer to own campus reliability, perform failure analysis, maintain strategy, and availability modeling to meet SLA commitments.

You will build FMEA-driven maintenance plans, analyze failures, own critical spares analysis with procurement, and drive predictive maintenance adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own reliability engineering for the campus: failure analysis, maintenance strategy, and availability modeling.

What you’ll do:

• Drive predictive maintenance adoption

What you’ll bring:

Pay range:

$110,000 – $140,000 per year
