Alignment Engine Inc., located at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks an EHS-focused professional to execute the daily EHS program on-site. You will perform inspections, deliver safety trainings, manage permits, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance and operational safety.

You will read P&IDs and diagrams, support incident reporting, and adapt to 24/7 mission-critical environments with formal change control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline.
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Execute the daily EHS program: inspections, training delivery, permits, and documentation.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct safety inspections and job-site audits
• Administer permit-to-work processes
• Deliver toolbox talks and onboarding safety training
• Maintain SDS, records, and compliance calendars
• Support incident response and reporting

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
