Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, OH seeks a seasoned hardware engineering leader to drive the DPU product line. You will lead the hardware development team, oversee board and module design, bring-up, and sustaining engineering, and coordinate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing.

The role requires 8+ years in hardware engineering with 3+ years leading teams, strong high-speed digital design experience, and NPI through production. A BSEE or MSEE is required.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Lead the hardware development team: board and module design, bring-up, and sustaining engineering for the DPU line.

What you’ll do:

• Lead board/system design and design reviews
• Own bring-up and debug of new revisions
• Manage sustaining engineering and ECOs
• Coordinate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing
• Grow and mentor the engineering team

Pay range: $150,000 – $185,000 per year
