Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking a results-driven operations professional to run the campus business rhythm, including budgeting, reporting, vendor administration, and cross-team coordination.

This on-site role focuses on ensuring financial discipline and streamlined operations at the Chillicothe campus. You will lead budgeting, contract administration, and space logistics while supporting tenant reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading teams through commissioning and early operations.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own site operating budget tracking and monthly reporting.
• Administer service contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding.
• Coordinate space, logistics, and shared services across teams.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Run the business rhythm of the campus: budgeting, reporting, vendor administration, and cross-team coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Own site operating budget tracking and monthly reporting
• Administer service contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding
• Coordinate space, logistics, and shared services across teams
• Support tenant reporting and audit requests
• Continuously improve site business processes

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations
• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay range: $105,000 – $130,000 per year
