Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, is hiring to run the burn-in and reliability lab, performing extended stress testing, environmental chamber work, and data collection.

You will operate burn-in racks and environmental chambers, execute reliability test plans, monitor long-duration tests, assist failure analysis with engineering, and maintain lab equipment and records. Full training is provided; no prior industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations.
• Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided).
• Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset.
• High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued.
• Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Run the burn-in and reliability lab: extended stress testing, environmental chambers, and data collection.

What you’ll do:

• Operate burn-in racks and environmental chambers
• Execute reliability test plans
• Monitor and log long-duration tests
• Assist failure analysis with engineering
• Maintain lab equipment and records

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations
