Qualifications

• Formal education in arithmetic and processing of inmate records as described in the posting.
• Minimum experience or training in processing, reviewing and preparing inmate records.
• Equivalent of required employment qualifications per the agency guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inmate files in DOTS/DOTS Portal and update records as needed.
• Review admission documents and verify accuracy of court records.
• Operate DOTS Portal and OnBase document management system for records.
• Run DOTS Portal reports and coordinate release dates with authorities.
• Maintain correspondence with agencies and respond to inquiries.
