Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain offender records, legal files, and time calculations with monthly reports.
• Process transfers, discharges, and parole actions; monitor inmate counts.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, courts, and agencies for information.
• Audit time credits to ensure correct release dates and document procedures.
• Provide records management training within the department.
