Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal arithmetic education including basic operations.
• 12 months of training or experience in processing inmate records and related procedures.
• Or 9 months of experience as a Correction Records Management Officer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inmate files and update records in DOTS Portal and OnBase.
• Review court records for accuracy and completeness; process admissions.
• Operate DOTS Portal and related terminals; run reports in DOTS Portal and Microsoft software.
• Coordinate with detaining authorities and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accurate release dates and management of release authorizations.
• Maintain correspondence with agencies and prepare release documents.
