Job summary

AFC Automotive Finance Corporation seeks a Relationship Specialist to build relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. You will elevate customer relationships, attract new business, and grow AFC revenue while balancing risk.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer-facing roles and is willing to travel within the assigned territory in Orange County, CA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within your market.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong portfolio management and risk awareness.
• Independent and collaborative work mindset.
• Proficient use of mobile apps and software.
• Accountability toward local goals.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations.
• Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
• Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts.
• Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
