Job summary

AFC Automotive Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of OPENLANE, seeks a Relationship Specialist to build and grow partnerships with independent auto dealers in the Oklahoma City market. You will deliver financing solutions, elevate customer relationships, attract new business, and balance risk while supporting AFC revenue goals.

You’ll travel 50–75% within your territory, use CRM tools to understand dealer needs, and collaborate with teammates to drive portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within your market.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong productivity.
• Proficient sales skills, adaptable to audiences and dealer issues.
• Understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort with technology including mobile apps and software.
• Strong accountability to local goals and targets.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking to assess business and risk with little oversight.
• Develop understanding of customer needs using CRM tools and work queues.
