Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a trusted fiduciary services professional to act as the primary contact for institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 sponsors. You will coordinate onboarding, review agreements, and ensure timely delivery of client services.

Role involves directing Trust Administrators in trade processing, collaborating with Senior Management and Attorneys, and presenting annual reviews to committees. Up to 5% travel is possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Nurtures long standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service that exceeds expectations.
Leads efforts to onboard new accounts, gather information and coordinate account opening process.
Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation to assure proper administration.
