Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned professional to provide trust and fiduciary services to Fortune 500 clients in a primary contact role. You will onboard accounts, review agreements, and coordinate documentation for accurate administration.

Collaborate with Trust Administrators, Management, and Attorneys to ensure timely deliverables and audit readiness, while exploring cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts, gather information and coordinate account opening process.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation to assure proper administration.
• Meet with contacts to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators with processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wires, checks and sub accounting.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts and Attorneys.
• Present annual account reviews and participate in planning meetings.
• Facilitate participant communications related to employer stock funds and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retain records and respond to audit inquiries.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
