Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned professional to serve as the primary contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 sponsor plans.

The role involves onboarding new clients, reviewing agreements, coordinating administration, and presenting account reviews at weekly meetings while liaising with trustees, attorneys, and operations staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures long standing client relationships with high-quality, responsive service.
• Leads onboarding of new accounts and coordinates account opening.
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meets with contacts to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and handles inquiries.
• Directs Trust Administrators in processing stock and mutual fund trades, wire transfers, checks, and sub-accounts.
