Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned fiduciary services professional to serve as a primary contact for high-profile institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 sponsors. You will lead trust operations, coordinate onboarding, review agreements, and ensure timely deliverables.

Collaborating with Trust Administrators, Senior Management, and legal teams, you will guide stock trades, wire transfers, and plan sub accounts, while upholding policy compliance and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures long standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service that exceeds expectations.
• Leads onboarding of new accounts, collects information and coordinates account opening.
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation to assure proper administration.
• Meets periodically with contacts, ensures timely client deliverables and handles inquiries.
• Directs Trust Administrators with processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub accounting, and reconcilations.
• Works with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts and Attorneys to perform services.
• Presents annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and participates in planning meetings.
• Facilitates participant communications related to employer stock funds and distributions.
• Promotes prudence by complying with policies, retaining records and responding to audits.
