Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks an experienced fiduciary services professional to serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile institutional accounts, including qualified and non-qualified plans sponsored by Fortune 500 companies.

You will onboard new accounts, gather information, coordinate account openings, review agreements, and prepare internal documentation to assure proper administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services to institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts, gather information, and coordinate account openings.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet with contacts regularly to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators with processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wire transfers, checks, and sub accounts.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts and Attornies.
• Present annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and participate in planning meetings.
• Facilitate participant communications related to employer stock funds and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retain records and respond to audit inquiries.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
