Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a trusted fiduciary services professional to manage high-profile institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 plans. You will be the primary contact for trust administration and client service.

Responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, reviewing agreements, coordinating trades and distributions, and presenting reviews at committee meetings. Collaborate with attorneys, operations and management to ensure timely deliverables and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts, gather information and coordinate account opening process.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet periodically with contacts, ensure timely client deliverables, and field inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators with processing of stock and mutual fund trades, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts and Attorneys.
• Present annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and participate in planning.
• Facilitate participant communications related to employer stock funds and distributions.
• Promote compliance by following policies, retaining records and responding to audits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
