You will nurture client relationships, onboard new accounts, review agreements, and coordinate administration with Trust Administrators and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures long standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service.
• Leads onboarding of new accounts and coordinates account opening processes.
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meets with contacts to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Directs Trust Administrators in processing trades, wire transfers, checks, sub accounts and reconciliations.
• Collaborates with Senior Management and staff to perform services.
• Presents annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and participates in planning meetings.
• Facilitates participant communications related to stock funds and distributions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, retains records, and responds to audit inquiries.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
