Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager in Cary, NC to grow a book of business with existing and new clients in Business Banking. You will work with clients on credit and non-credit products, focusing on value, risk, and customer experience.

You will build relationships, leverage bank resources, and present full product solutions while managing risk per internal policies. A 3+ year background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• With direction, acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; identifies and mitigates risk types.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being; increases engagement and loyalty.
• Builds an effective network of relationships to actively acquire or expand clients and present the full bank product range.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
