Responsibilities

• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Prepare and negotiate credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Provide insights based on client needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Develop internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present full bank offerings.
