Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Manager, Treasury to lead Kyriba implementations and drive client value from requirements through go-live. You will own multiple workstreams, translate business needs into scalable designs, and partner with client IT, banks, and ERP teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kyriba delivery, UAT leadership, and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, growth‑minded culture in a hybrid/remote setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or professional services delivery.
• 4 Kyriba certifications or equivalent depth.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Kyriba workstreams and serve as client lead.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and review configurations.
• Lead UAT and ensure readiness before cutover and hypercare.
• Coordinate integrations (files, APIs, SFTP) with IT and ERP teams.
• Mentor analysts and perform quality reviews.
• Maintain RAID, mitigation plans, and escalate risks early.
