Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Client Manager Representative – Treasury & Payments Solutions to lead a portfolio of middle-market clients, acting as a strategic advisor on payment and treasury needs. You will drive revenue growth, retain accounts, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell while delivering high-quality client engagement and thoughtful guidance.

The role is fully remote with periodic travel to client meetings, industry events, and conferences, requiring strong relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in B2B payments or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and drive growth within assigned portfolio.
• Generate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Lead add-on and cross-sell initiatives aligned to client needs.
• Manage pricing strategies and renewal activities to protect revenue.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across client organizations.
