Job summary

Endeavor Bank is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, driving growth and client satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership, recruiting, and performance management to achieve production targets.

The PTL will coordinate with the Chief Banking Officer and other leaders to align onboarding, underwriting, and consultative banking services with the bank's strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
Proven leadership of banking teams and sales targets.
Experience in relationship management and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Recruit, develop, and retain top Relationship Manager talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
Monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive incentive compensation through production metrics.
Collaborate on strategic plans with senior management and manage onboarding of new client relationships.
Oversee credit qualification, underwriting guidance, and cross-functional collaboration to service clients.
