Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, educate customers on financial needs, and promote digital banking solutions. The role includes outbound calling, handling teller transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Training spans 4-6 months to equip you with product knowledge and relationship-building techniques. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour week and a rotating schedule, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to market Bank products and services.
• One year of banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding financial needs and promote products.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and maintenance requests.
• Promote the Bank's digital banking services.
• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service.
