Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, educate customers on financial products, and promote digital banking solutions. You will build relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calls during a structured 4–6 month training period.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of face‑to‑face customer service, cash handling, and sales experience. Prior banking experience is preferred. This is a full‑time position with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers on financial needs and promote Bank products and services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance while promoting digital banking.
