Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts and process loan applications, while educating customers about bank products. You will resolve service issues, promote digital banking, and assist with teller transactions to grow the branch's customer base.

Expect a 4–6 month training period with hands-on learning of transaction processing, referrals, and relationship-building techniques to become a valued team member.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must have a proven ability for attention to detail.
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.

• Promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
• Assist Customers with teller transactions and process various transactions efficiently.
