Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, process loan applications, and provide outstanding service. You will guide customers on financial needs and promote digital banking tools while maintaining accuracy in daily transactions.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience, with strong communication skills and an enthusiastic, sales-oriented approach. A 4–6 month training period prepares associates for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to market Bank products and services.
• Previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Promote WSFS Bank's digital banking services.
• Provide stellar customer service and resolve issues.
• Engage customers through in-person and outbound calling efforts.
