Roadrunner Equipment is a family-owned Lancaster County manufacturer designing and building premium skid steer attachments and related equipment for construction, agriculture, landscaping, and industrial markets.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will respond to leads, prepare quotes, guide customers to the right products, grow dealer relationships, and keep CRM data up to date in a teamwork‑driven, American‑made environment.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent phone and written communication skills with a personable, professional approach.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities and keep data accurate.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while moving opportunities forward.
• Experience in equipment, dealerships, manufacturing, inside sales, or agriculture preferred.
• CRM and computer systems proficiency for managing leads, customers, and sales activity.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, website, and advertising.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, product information, and freight estimates for customers.
• Follow open quotes through to a decision and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Guide customers in selecting the right products and options for their equipment applications.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective equipment dealers to grow the dealer network.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM/ERP system.
• Support digital marketing, email campaigns, product promotions, and dealer communications.
• Re-engage previous leads and customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
