United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to act as a key customer contact and consultant at the branch. You will quote, sell and fulfill orders for equipment and services based on customer needs, building relationships and delivering outstanding service.

The role involves processing quotations, establishing accounts, negotiating prices, and coordinating deliveries. A dynamic professional will thrive in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts with walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
• Generate leads for new business and relay to Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm call on lost/dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom with stocked merchandise.
• Perform other duties as needed.
