Job summary

Dunmor is seeking a Loan Originator in Florida to drive new business, build strong borrower and referral partner relationships, and guide clients through financing options. You will work with a supportive lending team and leveraged programs to move opportunities from initial contact to closing.

You will source opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and collaborate with care, credit, and operations to ensure timely processing and closing.

Qualifications

• Ability to source new loan opportunities and meet monthly production targets.
• Strong relationship-building and referral-network development skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and lending trends.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relations, and referral partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms per lending guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other partners.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and networking opportunities.
