Dunmor is seeking an accomplished Loan Originator to generate new business, build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and guide customers through financing options. You will manage an active loan pipeline and work with internal teams to ensure timely processing and closing.

In this role you will source opportunities through direct outreach and referrals, meet monthly origination targets, and stay informed about local real estate markets and competitive lending programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination or lending roles.
• Ability to meet monthly production targets.
• Strong relationship-building and referral network development.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and lending trends.

Responsabilités

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Keep accurate loan information in the CRM and monitor pipeline performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the financing process, providing updates.
