Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
Educate customers on deposits, loans and account maintenance issues.
Provide teller services (deposits, payments, check cashing) in compliance with policies.
Maintain cash on hand and daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions.
Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
Attend teller and personal banking training to stay updated on policies and laws.
Develop relationships with clients and be their main point of contact.
