Frost Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering trust, integrity, and relationship‑driven banking experiences across personal banking and teller services.

You’ll educate clients on deposits and loans, provide service support, and uphold bank policies while building lasting client relationships and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• College hours required.
• Experience dealing with fraud and protecting customers’ money.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account issues.
• Maintain integrity and do what’s right for each customer.
• Use sound judgment in all situations.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash daily.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay updated on policies and laws.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their point of contact.
