Job summary

Frost is seeking a Personal Banker I in Texas to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering trust, integrity and relationship-based banking. You will handle deposits, loans, teller services, and guidance to customers while maintaining strong adherence to bank policies and standards.

You will work with a team in a branch setting, focusing on accurate cash handling, risk management, and customer satisfaction in a long-standing Texas banking legacy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 7:45am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in both personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer banking performance standards.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account issues.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash daily; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their primary contact for banking needs.
