Equity Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to build relationships, grow your book of business, and guide borrowers from application to closing. You’ll enjoy strong processing support, underwriting access, and robust marketing resources to drive referrals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a licensed Loan Officer, a state license, and a Bachelor’s degree. You’ll represent Equity Resources in the Newark, OH area and help families achieve homeownership.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
• Active state mortgage license or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Administration or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, industry professionals, past clients, and personal networks.
• Consult with clients, complete loan applications, answer questions, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Evaluate borrower needs to recommend appropriate loan products and financing options.
• Manage pipeline from application to closing, ensuring documentation is complete and timely.
• Provide timely loan updates and set expectations with borrowers, Realtors, and partners.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and team members to keep loans moving forward.
