Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
• Active state-specific mortgage license(s) or ability to obtain licensing.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines and processing basics.
• Proven sales and customer service skills with ability to build trust and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and professionals.
• Consult with clients, complete loan applications, answer questions, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Evaluate borrower needs and financials to recommend loan products and options.
• Manage pipeline from application to closing with accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Collaborate with processors and underwriters to keep loans moving forward and handle questions.
