Equity Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Newark, OH. You will build referrals, guide borrowers through the process, and leverage marketing resources and processing support to grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
• Active state mortgage license(s) or the ability to complete required licensing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines, processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Proven sales and customer service skills to build trust and relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with teamwork and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and past clients.
• Consult with clients, complete loan applications, answer questions, and guide through mortgage process.
• Evaluate borrower needs and financials to recommend loan products and options.
• Manage pipeline from application to closing with accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide timely loan updates and set expectations with borrowers and partners.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and team to keep loans moving forward.
• Meet clients and referral partners, representing Equity Resources in the local market.
