Kind Lending is hiring a Retail Loan Consultant in Des Moines to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and develop a residual pipeline. You will network with mortgage, real estate, and related professionals to meet monthly and annual sales goals, while ensuring loans meet client needs and company guidelines.

The role emphasizes building relationships, analyzing financials, and delivering loan solutions within the purchase and refinance markets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to structure and price loans.
• Active and/or Approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of business.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and leverages existing relationships with network and potential borrowers to help customers achieve mortgage financing goals.
• Consult with customers and analyze financial situations to provide appropriate loan solutions.
• Ensure each loan meets customer needs and Kind Lending guidelines.
• Understand the loan origination process and manage the application with support staff.
