You will work with an experienced lending team and leverage a range of loan programs to move deals quickly and transparently. You will generate opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams to close loans.

Qualificações

• Experience generating new business and meeting monthly production targets.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and lending trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
