Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of lending experience and familiarity with banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand lending relationships across commercial, consumer, agricultural, mortgage, and real estate portfolios.
• Gather, review, and analyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and collateral for loan requests.
• Prepare loan applications, credit presentations, and underwriting documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, loan operations, and credit administration throughout closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
