Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive commercial lending, business banking, credit administration, or financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, banking, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or related advanced degree) preferred.
• Ability to adapt to growing business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with standard office software and core banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, originate, and manage a portfolio of commercial, consumer, agricultural, and/or real estate lending relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers; identify opportunities for additional Bank products.
• Analyze financial statements and collateral to assess creditworthiness and structure loans.
• Prepare loan requests, credit memoranda, and approvals for loan committee.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, lending guidelines, and federal/state regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to lending personnel; participate in strategic planning.
