Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer and light commercial banking, with ability to originate, underwrite, and manage loans.
• Strong financial analysis skills including debt-to-income, loan-to-value, and tax returns.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships through consultative sales.
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
