Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships (business, real estate, construction).
• Develop new business via networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Meet clients to understand financial needs and recommend lending solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, credit data, and collateral to assess loans.
• Structure and present loan requests with clear recommendations.
• Monitor loans for compliance, credit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Identify credit concerns and work with leadership on solutions.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients and partners.
• Refer clients to other bank services to deepen relationships.
• Support deposit growth by maintaining strong operating account relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including BSA and security standards.
