Qualifications

• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings (background check, drug testing).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand commercial, consumer, agricultural, mortgage, and real estate lending relationships.
• Gather, analyze, and review financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and collateral information.
• Prepare loan applications, presentations, and underwriting documents for approvals.
• Coordinate withCredit Administration, Underwriting, and Loan Operations during closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure sound credit quality and regulatory compliance.
