Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Banker in Missouri to grow and manage a portfolio of business banking clients. You will be the primary liaison for borrowing needs up to $5MM and will coordinate with bank partners to deliver deposits and related services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and several years in commercial lending or business development, with a proven ability to develop centers of influence and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 8 years' experience in related fields
• Position may be filled as a Business Banker II or III depending on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for borrowing needs up to $5MM.
• Collaborate with bank partners to provide deposits and related services.
• Develop and maintain an active prospect list, outreach plan and strong referral network to meet production goals.
