Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, relationship management and loan product knowledge.
• Ability to develop and manage a commercial portfolio and to support credit opportunities up to $5MM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business owners in the St. Louis market.
• Achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship metrics; drive community-based lending.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources; represent the bank at events to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management; maintain accurate transactions and operational efficiency.
