Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the hospitality ambassador guiding clients and managing traffic.
• Process accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions while guiding appropriate referrals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within set financial limits.
• Identify and escalate non-standard issues internally per policy.
